2025 RAM 1500 Custom PPF Rally Stripes

Starting with a thorough vehicle inspection, we mapped out the custom rally stripe design across the hood, roof, and down the bed of the RAM 1500. The truck came in pristine condition, which meant we had to be meticulous about surface preparation to ensure the vinyl would adhere perfectly without any imperfections showing through. Once the stripes were set and trimmed, we shifted focus to paint protection. We applied professional-grade PPF to the front bumper, hood edges, and fender areas where the truck would encounter the most road hazards. This type of work requires patience and precision - you can't rush the application or you'll trap air bubbles that compromise both appearance and protection. We used heat tools strategically to shape the film around curves and contours, then allowed proper curing time before the truck left our facility.

The most challenging aspect was blending the visual impact of the bold stripes with the protective film application so that everything looked intentional and cohesive. We had to consider how light would hit both materials and ensure the matte and glossy finishes worked together rather than competed.
