I had my car completely protected with the “new vehicle unlimited package “, added the door sills and piano black pillars, as well as the ceramic IR window tint . This was my dream car and I plan on keeping for a long time, so I want it to look just as good years from now. I also do a lot of highway driving to work and needed protection from pebbles and debris. The car looks amazing. I wanted to make cleaning my car as easy and effortless as possible. I bought a 2025 Kia Sportage hybrid with matte paint. I knew it needed extra care so I reached out to Brightshine Auto Spa Ceramic Pro’s before the purchase. They gave me some guidance and words of wisdom, and I bought the car. I stopped in to Brightshine understand my options to protect my car. For a couple of weeks I was in touch with Matt and Mitchell via text and phone. Both were so helpful and informative. I made an appointment for a ceramic coating. They gave me a Tesla loaner while my car was completed. My car looks SO AMAZING! I’m relieved it will be easier for me to care for. Top notch customer service. Matt, the owner, was extremely helpful and took the time to show me around the shop. Mitchell, who runs the front desk was friendly, communicated each step of the process and answered all my questions via e-mail/text quickly and efficiently. They were going to keep my truck for a few days, and Matt offered me a loaner car which I thought was fantastic customer service! I had the ceramic coating put on my 2023 Black Ram 1500. It looked amazing when I picked it up. Show room shine, deep black like the day I first bought it! They did an amazing job! Shout out to all of the people that work there! Can't go wrong with these guys—Matt and Mitch are a power duo. PPFed my ES350 and my LC500; both turned out amazing. Friendly, efficient, beautiful. When we get a Grand Highlander or a TX350, we're coming back for a front PPF job too. Lifelong customers as long as we're in Massachusetts.

Recently brought my wife’s new car to Brightshine for window some window tint. From start to finish it was a pleasure to do business with them. First of all, I searched for local shops and filled out online requests to get an estimate. Mitchell called me within hours of my online form submission and was cordial and professional. He gave me options and explained very clearly the differences, pros and cons of each. I knew he was in the right price range for these services and decided to book my appointment. Figuring it would be a week or two out, I was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment within a few days. Drop off was a breeze, Mitchell greeted us at the door and explained the process. My wife even commented on how courteous and professional he was. The job was done well within the timeframe, the work was immaculate, the instructions for care were clear and we couldn’t be happier. Fantastic customer service, amazing work and I will be scheduling my vehicle very soon. Mitchell, you are the man.

I was referred to Brightshine Auto Spa from a friend who had his truck and SUV done, and I can see why. From my first interaction with Mitchell, to meeting the owner Matthew, and getting my Ram 3500 ceramic coated, the experience was professional, yet friendly. Their pricing is competitive, but I would be willing to pay more for their customer service and job performance. I highly recommend them.

If you care about your car, this is the place to bring it!!! Matt and his team were awesome to work with. All my questions were answered and they go above and beyond to make you happy. My car got a full front PPF film and they vinyl wrapped my roof and it came out great! I was so impressed, I even brought my wife’s car there too! I cannot Adequately express what an amazing job they did on my van. I know they typically deal with Lamborghinis, Ferraris, Corvettes, what have you; I feel that I was treated the same as they would treat someone with a $500,000 car. As soon as I walked in the door, Matt and Mitchell treated me like I was part of the family. After everything was done, and I’m ready to pick up the van, Matt is out outside, touching up "imperfections" that I couldn’t even see. Before coming here, I did a lot of research on ceramic coating; I thought this process was the best available, combine that with the lifetime warranty, it would be silly to go anywhere else.

Mitchell was great to work with; detailing the steps for the Ultimate Armor Ceramic Pro paint and Kavaca frontend/hood film protections, performing the work and final review of the shiny finished product. This is a superb auto detailing service in the Worcester area. Needed the MX-5 detailed and in a presentable condition for an upcoming track night event and Brightshine Auto Spa was able to take in my urgent request. I was really impressed by the attention to detail and overall quality of the detailing service. Interior and exterior is spotless, the car looks just like it did when it rolled off of the showroom floor. Even better, I got the car back all on the same day. The detail definitely turned some heads and I got so many compliments as I was driving it. Wonderful staff, easy to work with, definitely would recommend.

I took my 2023 BMW M3 to Brightshine for full body PPF, ceramic coating, and window tinting. The whole process from booking to installation was super smooth with Matt going above and beyond to explain every step of the process and answer all my questions. The full body wrap came out beautifully even with all of the hard edges and many nooks and crannies, and the ceramic coating keeps that new car shine. I couldn’t be happier with the process and the excellent service provided by Matt and his team!

I would give six stars if I could. I couldn't be more pleased with Brightshine. My car had been absolutely trashed from driving it cross-country through snow storms. It was really, really filthy with road grime. The Brightshine crew did a superb job on the car. They're meticulous and clearly take pride in their work. Matt is professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about the state of the art in detailing, PPF and ceramic coatings. The atmosphere is welcoming and there's zero pressure or upselling. Matt's level of service goes above and beyond—I had mentioned I was in a time crunch and he managed to accommodate me with very short notice. Brighshine is the place to go in central MA (and elsewhere!) if you an enthusiast or simply have high standards. You will not be disappointed.

Matt and his team (shout out to Chris) are great to do business with right from the very beginning. Very professional and patient (thanks Matt) so that you understand the process and all your pricing options. He also listens to make sure all your questions are answered and that any concerns…if any, are addressed. Communication is second to none which extends well after the service. That kind of service doesn’t seem to happen much these days. Office and shop are neat, clean and organized…which says a lot to me. Our new car looks amazing after being Ceramic Coated and looks better and better every day the more we look at it.
